Our client’s idea is to build a system that can do it all., , Client: Several quants with 15+ years of Wall Street experience., , Team: 15+ people divided into independent sub-teams. These are Backend Software Engineers, Frontend Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Team Leads, Project Manager, QA Lead, and SDET., , Project’s Stack, Frontend: Material UI, React, Jest., Backend (Microservices): Kotlin, Groovy, Micronaut, Spock, Python, Dagster, Flask, Locust, FastAPI, Pytest, Pandas, NumPy, SQLAIchemy., Databases: PostgreSQL., Infrastructure/pipelines: AWS, Terraform, Terraspace, Docker, GitHub Actions.”
Your responsibilities, Create high-quality code according to Syberry’s standards,, Clarify feature requirements,, Communicate with the client and the team,, Complete related tasks, for example, estimate features and analyze the system’s security.
Has 5+ years of experience in web application development using Python,, Has at least Upper-Intermediate English,, Knows and has experience using SQL and RDBMS; knows how to write requests for relational databases,, Knows and has experience using NoSQL,, Knows and has experience designing and writing API by best practices,, Has experience working with Docker; can write custom dockerfile,, Has experience writing automated tests,, Knows and has experience working with git: branches, pull requests, merge, and rebase,, Has experience working with AWS; can use key services for computation, networking, and storage.
Optional, You have worked with Flask or any other web framework,, You have worked with Kotlin or another backend programming language.
