We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to work for our Norwegian customer. Our client’s solutions manage large-scale businesses, focusing on safeguarding skilled workers. The project provides background check services as well as employment and invoicing solutions.
We are looking for a highly communicative person with good English skills, who thinks creatively and is able to talk to the client and develop technical requirements based on this.
Your main responsibilities for this position will be:
- Discussing technical requirements with the customer.
- Developing code in Ruby/RoR.
- Being responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Fixing bugs and improving the product for our customer.
This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of practice with Ruby/RoR.
- Solid skills in React.js.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to talk with our customer about technical issues.
- Good English skills (min. B2+).
It would be nice if you have:
- BSc in Computer Science or related field.
- Being interested in software architecture.
