Job Description
The business analyst will work with stakeholders across T-Systems (TSI) business units to analyze business demands and specify solutions which enable the business to launch new products and services and become more efficient.
Your team, the Digital HuB L2C develops, operates and supports the applications TSI-force based on Salesforce (SaaS), Salesforce Marketing Automation (SaaS), TS Internet (TSI Internet Portals) and TSI API layer with E2E responsibility.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst colleague to support the product owner in demand evaluation, design and modeling any new demands in Salesforce of T-Systems and administrate the user stories and features in Jira.
Responsibilities
- Capture, challenge and understand functional and technical requirements from key business stakeholders;
- Build a broad stakeholder community and key relationships at all levels across internal teams and Business Units
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholder to discuss/clarify requirements and solution details, prioritize requirements according to their needs, while identifying gaps, verify assumptions and dependencies;
- Define E2E solution that meets stakeholder needs and document it, following the defined standards;
- Work effectively with the software development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements

- Good verbal and written communications skills in English, German is an advantage

Your communication skills allow you to understandably convey issues and present solutions clearly. You have already gained intercultural experience in projects and follow a customer-oriented approach in your daily work.
