This individual will be energetic and committed to operational excellence. This person will have experience in supporting federal programs with a varied background and be able to support large and small teams in reaching client goals. Key Responsibilities: Manages the deployment and installation of out-of-the-box modules in ServiceNow. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements. Develops and maintains new ServiceNow applications. Configures, develops, tests workflows. Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum of bachelor’s degree and seven-plus years of experience in ServiceNow development or equivalent expertise. Experience with the ServiceNow platform and systems integration is preferred. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Professional Skills: Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
