What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as an experienced individual contributor within a team
- Support the goal of meeting scope, schedule, and delivery requirements
- Maintain a high-level understanding of adjacent technical areas and ecosystems
- Diagnose and resolve issues with the systems
- Mentor and assist more junior engineers
- Communicate technical issues and developments with team members and clients
- Participate in technical interviews with new candidates
- Propose and evaluate multiple approaches to technical and process problems
- Present design documents, system diagrams, etc. to clients, stakeholders, partners, and other engineers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline
- Extensive experience with React and JavaScript
- Demonstrates expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Observability experience, Redux
