The Growth Platform team concentrates on developing the infrastructure and systems essential for assembling the most accurate customer dataset possible, aiming to boost revenue by delivering personalized customer experiences. You will be joining a team that partners closely with product analysts, marketers, operators, data researchers, and business partners to identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings, streamline operations, and drive strategic growth. What You’ll Do: Be a team player and operate within an agile framework, employing SCRUM and Sprints to enhance project management and accelerate product development. Build back-end products utilizing Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Sidekiq, and various platform integrations. Build, buy, and operate the architecture needed to enable rapid product and marketing insights (e.g. event streaming, sessionization, identity resolution, etc). Collaboratively define problems, set strategies, and drive innovation. Plan and organize projects and work with your team to deliver results; individually and collaboratively. Partner with stakeholders, researchers, engineers, data scientists, designers, and other peers to ideate, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional value. What You Have: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Fullstack experience using Ruby on Rails. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Postgres? Even better. An appetite for learning, experimentation, relentless curiosity and an ability to leverage what you learn to make our products better. Highly collaborative with the ability to work both autonomously and in team environments. Strong communication skills A growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement and personal and professional growth. A friendly, flexible, and pragmatic disposition. The national cash compensation range for this role is $141,000 – $174,000 per year* *Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above.
