As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow Asset Management Developer, you play a pivotal, technical leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow Software, Hardware, and Enterprise Asset solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow asset management-SAM Pro, HAM Pro, EAM-applications to meet specific business requirements. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Architectural Expertise: Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions that meet both immediate project needs and long-term business goals.
- Solution Configuration: Lead engagements with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand the functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to align with client’s needs and industry best practices.
- Innovation: Encourage innovation within the development team. Support the exploration of new technologies, methodologies, and processes that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s work.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop ServiceNow configuration test plans and validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience. Address any issues and perform necessary adjustments to ensure the solution meets the desired outcomes.
- Data Migration: Develop and document data migration strategies and plans. Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
- Integration Management: Design and document integration strategies and plans. Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to-end processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them. This includes considering factors such as security vulnerabilities, data privacy concerns, and potential integration challenges.
- Incident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Lead the collaboration with support teams to provide timely resolution to incidents and problems.
- Security and Compliance: Lead the adherence to security best practices and ensure that the team understands and implements solutions that meet relevant compliance requirements. Identify gaps in team knowledge and work with internal Practice leadership to resolve knowledge gaps.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and practices in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Lead personal and team development.
- Corporate Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business. Lead the development of client roadmaps and solution demonstrations to identify and foster new opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow license sales. Actively contribute to proposals (“bids”) for new opportunities, including oral presentations, written technical proposals, and reviews of such work.
Required Experiences and Certifications
Must possess one or more of the following, with relevant implementation experience to match:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
- Completion of Enterprise Asset Management for Implementers training on NowLearning
5 or more years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions with hands-on experience (>6 months) configuring SAM pro, HAM pro, and/or EAM applications for clients.

- Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$84,533.00 – $173,884.00
