Required Skills/Abilities
Should have 6+ years of technical experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant as well as demonstrable experience with successfully delivering customer implementations of ServiceNow Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
The candidate should understand information security response processes and have the ability to guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements.
Has Knowledge & understanding of IT Security Operations and Vulnerability Management
Experience in deploying SecOps Vulnerability Response end-to-end, with hands-on in the installation of Vulnerability Response and supported applications, configuring Vulnerability Response Flow, Performance Analytics for VR
Experience in integrating vulnerability scanners like Qualys, Rapid7
Should have a good understanding of NVF, CWE, and third-party data libraries
Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system
Excellent in documentation, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Managed SIEM, vulnerability management, security infrastructure, endpoint detection and response products, and/or incident response experience
Operational and technical experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security
Threat intelligence integrations
Security automation and orchestration deployment
IT Service Management tools including ServiceNow
Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
ServiceNow Admin certified is must
