You will have a primary focus on serving as the SharePoint Administrator for SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint farms. Candidates will leverage their knowledge and experience with using PowerShell to automate tasks. Tasks such as deploying solutions, creating custom scripts, managing disk space, audit logs, and usage reporting. Our SharePoint Administrator will possess the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues related to software deployment, configuration, and system errors with SharePoint.
HOW A SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Will serve as a SharePoint Administrator for SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint farms.
- Knowledge of and experience using PowerShell to automate tasks including deploying solutions, creating custom scripts, managing disk space, audit logs, and usage reporting.
- Experience migrating SharePoint sites from on-premises to SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Windows Server administration including checking event logs, managing software updates, and configuring SharePoint cumulative updates.
- Experience with building and configuring on-premises SharePoint forms including installing SharePoints, building web-front ends, connecting to database servers, and identifying server specifications such as CPU and memory.
- Experience using Internet Information Services (IIS) to install, configure and manage SharePoint applications, configure application pools and website properties, and manage website security.
- Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint architecture and managing site collections and sub-site hierarchies.
- Experience installing SharePoint cumulative updates.
- Experience with using Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Experience implementing and deploying custom SharePoint features to enhance out of box SharePoint functionality.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Visual Studio for implementing local and enterprise-wide enhancements and features.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education :
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred
Required Experience :
- 4 years minimum experience working as a SharePoint Administrator with On-Premises & Online Systems
- 3+ years of professional work experience using .NET technologies with C# and ASP.Net
Required Technical Skills :
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience building and maintaining content management systems using SharePoint
- Demonstrated experience using Sharegate for SharePoint site migrations
- Demonstrated experience working in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and Power Platform
- Demonstrated experience administrating SharePoint Online including managing multiple tenant settings, restoring sites from the recycle bin, managing access control policies, managing term store, managing content type galleries, deploying custom web parts, and managing API access for custom web parts
- Demonstrated experience administrating SharePoint Online including creating and deleting sites, managing sharing settings at the organizational level, adding and removing site admins, and managing site storage limits
- Demonstrated experience installing and configuring SharePoint 2016 and higher on on-premises SharePoint farms
- Demonstrated SharePoint development experience using Windows Workflow Foundation, and Excel services
- Demonstated experience with Nintex Workflows, PowerPlatform, and Sharegate Migration Tool
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix issues related to software deployment, configuration, and system errors related to SharePoint
Security Clearance Level :
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
- The Public Trust security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. territories) for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days within the past five years (this timeframe is to the date and forward; i.e., 5/17/2019 and forward)

The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 – $133,973. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
