Key Responsibilities:
Development:
· Develop and customize Shopify themes to align with our brand identity and user experience goals.
· Implement advanced features and functionalities using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
· Optimize the website for performance, responsiveness, and speed.
Integrations:
· Integrate third-party applications and plugins to enhance the shop’s capabilities (e.g., payment gateways, shipping solutions, CRM systems).
· Ensure seamless integration of Shopify with other platforms and tools such as ERP systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Administrative Configurations:
• Set up and configure Shopify admin settings including taxes, shipping, inventory, and payment settings.
• Manage product listings, collections, and categories to ensure accurate and efficient display.
• Establish customer account settings and policies to facilitate smooth transactions.
Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, issues, and inconsistencies across different browsers and devices.
• Implement best practices for SEO to enhance search engine visibility and ranking.
• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Shopify Consultant or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing completed Shopify projects.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Shopify platform development and e-commerce solutions.
• Proficiency in Shopify platform, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience principles.
• Experience with Shopify integrations, including APIs and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Would Be a Plus:
• Knowledge of Shopify app development for custom integrations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
