About the position

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is excited to produce scrollstopping content about women’s health and help people to fell in love with our brand.

The ideal candidate is experienced both in strategy and execution of creative social media campaigns, has a great sense of ownership, and catches the trends earlier they become boring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Content Calendar:
    • Develop annual social media strategies, re-evaluate them quarterly, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
  2. Collaboration with the Marketing Team and Contractor Management:
    • Work with internal teams (brand, product, creative) and manage contractors (designers, editors, UGC creators, photographers, illustrators)
  3. Creative SMM Campaigns:
    • Come up with fun & engaging experiences we can do on social media to support Mira marketing campaigns and product launches.
  4. Collaboration with Customer Support:
    • Oversee & suggest improvements to the CS team making sure we address user queries and feedback effectively.
  5. Collaboration with Growth Team:
    • To make sure we boost right content – to get optimal reach and engagement.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze social media metrics, compile weekly reports, and provide actionable insights.

You will work with:

  • Our main Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (our B2B presence).
  • Our Facebook communities (we have a separate Community Manager there, but you will oversee & strategize)
  • Other accounts like YouTube, Facebook, X (supporting and pushing when necessary)

From this position, we expect:

  1. Ownership & proactivity:
    • High level of ownership in ideating, planning, and executing creative social media campaigns from conception to implementation. It doesn’t mean you should do it alone (you will be working with a team) . It means: we expect you to initiate creative ideas, propose unexpected solutions, and provide insightful insights.
  2. Content Production experience:
    • You should already have experience of work with brands, creating inspiring social media content.
    • We will be happy to find a person who is comfortable BOTH to craft content by yourselves (when you have an idea and can do it quickly) AND manage a team (of designers, editors, UGC creators, photographers, and illustrators).
  3. Social Media Writing:
    • Possess strong social media writing skills, capable of conveying messages in a human and relatable language.
    • Tailor content to each platform’s unique audience and perfectly know what is brand consistency.
  4. Energy, Creativity, and Motivation:
    • We’re searching for a person who has a natural drive to bake bold and fun ideas on a regular basis.
  5. Trend Awareness:
    • You understand difference between each platform’s vide, stay aware of the new trends, and able to notice hot contextual opportunities.
    • You are flexible to adapt content strategies and keep the brand’s social media presence relevant and timely.
  6. Collaboration and Brainstorming:
    • You act as a collaborative team player, participating in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions.
    • Foster positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, providing valuable input and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours.
