- 5+ years working on production web applications
- Can be autonomous and solve problems independently
- Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products
- Strong experience in backend development, especially with SQL and data pipeline design.
- Proficiency in server-side languages like Go, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in technical decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Passion for building efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems.
