What Youll Do
Location: Seattle, Scottsdale or Remotely from US
Reports to: Software Engineering Manager
- Participate in code reviews and architecture design meetings
- Own and drive end-to-end features with Product and Design
- Ensure that your code hits a high bar for quality and performance
- Work together with like-minded people who are passionate about our mission
- Work with the latest open source technologies
- Have mentorship from experienced engineers who will assist in enhancing your technical skills and by managers who are passionate about developing your career
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, OR 2+ years of relevant experience in related field, OR graduate of coding boot camp
- Professional software development internship
- Experience in at least one managed language such as Java, Scala, Go, C# or similar
- You follow the latest in software engineering and open source technologies
- You love delighting end users and strive for novel challenges

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 117,600 in the lowest geographic market and USD 176,400 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
