Job Details
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (cost provided by company) is required upon hire
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Java
- Experience in Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Reactive Frameworks (Examples: RxJava, WebFlux,
Kotlin Coroutines or similar)
- Experience in AGILE development
- Experience in Android Development
- Management experience (leading teams of 5-10 people) – the ideal candidate will:
o Have the ability to break high-level tasks into stories and sprints (in an AGILE framework)
o Be able to maintain oversight on the performance of the individuals on the team and mentor as
necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in mathematics and algorithms is preferred
- Familiarity with git/JIRA (or similar products)
- Familiarity with military network messaging protocols is a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with WinTAK or ATAK is a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with Typescript and React is a plus (not required)
- Knowledge of military doctrine is a plus (not required)
