- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand complex software applications
- Experience with ADO, IVANTI, SSMS, VISUAL STUDIO, and/or InContact
- Skill in creating customer-facing documentation
- Experience with SQL, XML files, medical billing, ETL, and data extracts
