Seeking a Software Support Specialist th at is comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment. Ideal candidate would have experience on a customer-facing production team for a SaaS company and/or prior experience with email tools. In addition, you need to be comfortable being a liaison between our Customer Success team, our clients, and our operations teams. This candidate will work with our Customer Success team and our clients to support new customers with platform training, email creation, and campaign setup. This individual will be the front line for our help desk and will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. With the size of our company, you should feel comfortable wearing multiple hats at any given point. Prior experience working in a ticket-based/help desk environment is required. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide initial response to client tickets. Resolve as quickly as possible and reply to the client for clarification as needed.
- Responsible for new client email design, audience creation, and campaign setup.
- Provide updates on progress of tickets daily to team members.
- Responsible for client training and platform how-to requests.
- Build out new training videos and documentation to support our clients.
- Aid with the setup of new accounts in both our software and email platforms (user management)
- Monitoring production systems.
