Key Responsibilities
- Lead FinTech Opportunities: Guide projects from initial contact to established development, ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
- Opportunity Qualification: Collaborate with pre-sale managers to assess opportunities quickly, identifying strengths and risks.
- Client Trust Building: Use your domain expertise and innovative solutions to address client needs and build strong relationships.
- Cost and Risk Management: Help clients focus on valuable requirements and minimize costs and risks by leveraging existing environments and relevant third-party projects or SaaS.
- Architectural Specification: Develop solid architectural solutions that meet client requirements.
- Executive Presentations: Present final solutions to both executive and technical representatives of the client.
- Detailed Estimates: Structure and optimize project estimates, ensuring meaningful and accurate technical assessments.
- Consulting Expertise: Act as a key IT consultant in FinTech architecture, providing intelligent, experience-based recommendations to C-level clients.
- Marketing Support: Create technical marketing materials to support pre-sales activities, including business cases, success stories, articles, and white papers.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, with 2+ years in the Banking or FinTech industry.
- Industry Expertise: Experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect.
- Technical Background: Proven development experience with major programming platforms for enterprise projects.
- Core Banking Systems: Experience with both in-house and vendor core banking systems.
- ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- FinTech SaaS: Experience with FinTech SaaS platforms.
- Open Banking Standards: Knowledge of open banking standards, BIAN, etc.
- Public Cloud Services: Familiarity with major public PaaS and IaaS, and the ability to compare with private infrastructure.
- Consulting Experience: Background in consulting within the FinTech sector.
- Startup Experience : Experience with FinTech startups.
- TOGAF Methodology: Implementation experience with TOGAF (or similar) in large-scale enterprise environments for 3+ years.
