What you can expect
You will actively shape the continuous development of the specialist architecture in the health department. You will thoroughly analyze specialist requirements in order to evaluate their technical feasibility as well as economic and legal aspects. Your expertise not only flows into the development of specialist concepts, draft resolutions and award procedures, but also into advising the specialist departments. Through a constant exchange with the IT architects, you will actively drive forward the digitalization of the health department. You will be committed to optimizing business processes by modeling processes and process maps. You will also play a key role in coordinating and prioritizing requirements management.

You have
- a successfully completed university degree at Master’s level in the field of computer science or business informatics or
- a successfully completed university degree at Master’s level
and
- particularly outstanding expertise with many years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in project and business process management as well as in digitization projects
In particular, you bring with you
- Specialist knowledge: in the field of strategic business process and requirements management as well as experience in project management, knowledge in the elicitation, modeling and orchestration of technical requirements, knowledge of methods for process analysis and process documentation as well as in stakeholder and change management as well as confident use of the German language in spoken and written form at language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages (if necessary, to be proven by a corresponding certificate). These language skills are required to carry out the above-mentioned activities, in particular in the context of communication with various stakeholders (e.g. leading project meetings and committee meetings) and documentation (e.g. when formulating technical requirements in natural language and as an intermediary between technical requirements and technical solutions).

- Communication skills, in particular the ability to present complex interrelationships in an understandable way and to master presentation techniques
The following are an advantage
- Relevant certifications (CPRE, CBAP, CCBA, CBPA, CBPP, IPMA)
- Knowledge of agile methods in the fields of requirements engineering, business process management and project management
- Experience in large IT projects and the management of the associated organizational changes, especially in the healthcare sector
