About The Role We are looking to hire a Senior Backend Engineer to help develop our third party ingest pipelines as part of Next-Gen SIEM. You will be a part of the Platform group and help build the systems that ingest and parse third party data at petabyte scale. You will interact with product managers and other engineers in building both internal and external facing services. You will be responsible for building fault tolerant, high scalable cloud systems using Golang. What You’ll Need Must be a US Citizen of Green Card holder living on US soil to be considered for this role Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience 9+ years of relevant work experience Experience with event streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) Experience with NoSQL and Relational DB’s Hands on experience in large-scale (distributed) system architecture, high scalability and availability, and optimization Experience in building data platforms at scale GoLang/Java/Python skills with strong debugging skills Experience working in Linux Bonus Points Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes based development and orchestration.
