Required Skills:
•Minimum 8+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Developer, Admin, or application owner, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, and Configuration
•ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM
•Information Architecture – ServiceNow Common Services Data structures a big plus
•ServiceNow custom application/portal experience
•bility to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype.
•bility to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly.
•bility to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
•Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures
•dvanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly recommended
•ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (Preferred, but not required)
•Shows an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, and would be able to represent the Service Management organization in a customer facing (internal and external) situation in a professional manner.
