Role: Sr. Site Reliability Engineer – Python, DevOps, SQL, ML Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Location: Boston, MA (100% Remote) Key Skills: Python, SQL, ML, DevOps, CI/CD, GIT Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of directly relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to accomplish complex tasks, with emphasis on skills rather than years of experience or degree. Proficiency in Python, CI/CD, and GIT. Previous experience in machine learning, data pipelines, or statistical fields preferred. Experience working in a remote environment preferred, with strong independent work skills and communication abilities. Proficiency in Cloud infrastructure, with a focus on machine learning for advanced positions; proficiency in SQL preferred. Experience with architecture/design work is a huge plus Responsibilities: Utilize Python proficiency for all tasks, including CI/CD and GIT proficiency. Apply previous experience in machine learning, data pipelines, or statistical fields to enhance projects. Collaborate effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with colleagues and teams. Expertise in Cloud infrastructure, with a focus on machine learning for advanced roles. Utilize proficiency in SQL for preferred tasks. Respond promptly to problems and incidents related to computer and telephony technology tools. Resolve or escalate issues as necessary, documenting solutions using standard templates. Prioritize overall customer satisfaction while executing tasks according to instructions from lead or senior team members. Follow established documentation and procedures, making recommendations for enhancements to IT infrastructure and services. Develop tools and processes to support continuity management and execute tests for system continuity. Design, test, and implement monitoring tools and processes based on provided instructions. Create appropriate messages and problem resolution processes and perform monitoring functions. Execute procedures to support security management, including maintaining user accounts and profiles.
