For more information, visit The Sr. Technical Project Manager will plan, lead, organize and motivate technical projects teams to deliver high quality successful technology-based projects deliverables supporting the Cloud Operations and Corporate IT teams. Main roles and responsibilities will be to define project scope, work with project resources to set deadlines, clarify project team responsibilities, resolve project issues, and monitor progress of large, technical, complex projects while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standard. You will be responsible for the delivery of WoW progress toward defined success metrics and then those metrics post project completion during our monitoring phase. Your ability to organize, communicate, and troubleshoot technical challenges will be key to your success in this role. Principal Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: Basic project management: o Create project plan from scratch and manage project plan accuracy on a weekly basis o Send out weekly project status updates to show health & progress every Friday o Coordinate, conduct and note take weekly project cross-functional team meetings o Coordinate and conduct monthly Steering Committee Meetings o 1:1 meeting with project sponsor and owners Responsible for driving project meeting, inclusive of meeting agenda, scheduling, conversations, sending out meeting notes and action items Reporting out monthly or sometimes quarterly metrics to prove the success of the project implementation Responsible for all aspects of project delivery involving cross-functional teams Use business operational experience to apply best practices, define and document business flows, policies and procedures throughout the organization Take the lead to drive collaboration with other JAGGAER departments as they relate to the projects Proactively and consistently identify, mitigate, and manage project risks Meet weekly with PMO Manager Monthly project progress readouts to CFO Follow standard PMO policies and procedures Position Requirements WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Bachelor’s degree required At least 3 years of Project Management Experience, majority of within PMO org 3-5 years of technical project management experience Experience with AWS related infrastructure projects Experience in a SaaS organization is a plus Basic understanding of software processes and technology concepts Excellent project management, interpersonal, organization, communication, presentation, documentation and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint Ability to consistently act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution Strong, executive-level presence and experience in facilitation Is experienced, confident, articulate, succinct, professional, and has sound judgement and critical thinking skills Innovative, forward thinking, with ability to develop and scrutinize best practices Early adopter and able to influence change WHAT WE OFFER: We strive to support our employees & their families.
