They’re seeking a Staff PHP Engineer to join their growing team. As a Staff PHP Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the backend systems that support their modding platform, ensuring seamless integration, robust security, and exceptional performance. Their tech stack consists of PHP 8.2, Laravel, and experience with Docker or CI/CD is preferred. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is a team player, and self starter! Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs using PHP to support the installation and management of game mods. Design and implement scalable and secure systems to handle large volumes of mod-related data and user interactions. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a cohesive and high-quality user experience. Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth mod installations. Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the platform.
