Compensation: 8 500 – 9 300 USD per month

What you’ll be doing:
- Be a part of our high-performing Platform Team , focusing on frontend architecture and web-performance
- Design, and develop scalable and modern frontend systems using React/Redux and Javascript frameworks
- Ensure the performance , quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Integrate with backend services to seamless data flow and consistency across the application
- Evangelize new architecture patterns and best practices within the team and across the organization
- Lead technical discussions and initiatives to drive innovation and improve our frontend technology stack
- Develop and maintain code quality standards and enforce them across the organization
- Continually introduce architectural improvements and refactorings to the code baseline
- Write automated tests at the appropriate architectural level
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews for features developed by other members of the team
- Maintain and improve our continuous integration and development environments
Join us if you have:
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a drive to quickly deliver value to our customers
- 6-10 years of industry experience developing commercial React applications
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript
- Attention to detail and an eye for design
- Can communicate and work independently with non-technical stakeholders to see through large epics
- Data-driven approach to software development
- Depth of understanding and teaching ability in clean code, refactoring, and test-driven development
- Familiarity with ReSTful APIs used to connect React applications to back-end services
- Strong understanding of underlying systems architecture
- Independently gain knowledge and opinions on multiple systems
- Researches and assesses current and new technologies
- Fluent in Polish and English languages
Nice to have:
- Commercial experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails a plus
- Experience with MaterialUI is a plus
This role is open to candidates inside Poland. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
