To implement this vision, we built services along the value streams of the service hub. These services assume end-to-end responsibility.

Customer centricity We understand our customers’ requirements and respond quickly to them and help implement them with consistently high quality. In this way we create a positive user experience. We develop an integrated, overlap-free client strategy for all user groups. We continuously develop the client and the associated infrastructure and continuously provide new and innovative functions/services in production. Living an E2E responsibility in the service teams We live end-to-end responsibility in the service teams and thus permanently eliminate the hindering division of labor (Taylorism). We are continually working on our flexible structure by making our process organization independent of the product portfolio. We create transparency through meaningful key figures. We have established new ways of working and the employees see these as an improvement.
Qualifications
Must-have-Skills:
Know-how in Microsoft SW-Distribution-Technologies, especially in Intune (Simplified, cloudbased provisioning processes for device installation) Deep know-how in Microsoft Workspace Architecture and Services (OS, Update-Mechanisn, Security,…) Know-how in central Single-Sign-On-technology Know-how in Internet as default connection and secure channels (VPN, per-App-VPN, TLS, etc.) for internal ressources Know-how in identity centric security concept towards the Zero Trust Framework (ZTF)
Language preferences:
Fluent German and English
