As a System Analyst I, you will provide overall Documentum technical support for the different Document Management Systems. This role is based out in India Bangalore and the candidate would be working with technical team in India and collaborate with US technical team to support different Documentum based applications. Candidate will be working on day to day support, releases/changes to the applications along with site role outs, document migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical applications support
- Develop Documentum D2 LSQM solution (D2FS, External Widgets, DFC, Permission sets and user management)
- Work on Defect fixes/new feature development, problem tickets, tasks etc.
- Work on release and change request activities.
- Infrastructure maintenance of both production and non- production Documentum environments
- Promotes standard processes and proactively takes measures to empower support teams to resolve issues with agility.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must have 2 or more years of recent development / production support experience with Documentum version 7.1 or above
- Experience with LSQM in pharma/Life Science industry
- Experience working in UNIX platform, monitoring Documentum services, log files and investigating root cause.
- Expertise in Documentum Query Language, APIs, Foundation Classes, WDK, Business Object Framework
- EMC Documentum D2-Client and D2-Config Configuration Options and Customizations, Installation and Configuration of D2 and D2-Config.
- Understanding\reviewing the Requirements and Design Specifications according to Business.
Must have recent development experience in OpenText Documentum platform (preferably WDK, WebTop, D2, XCP, DFC/ Server version 6.x, 7.x, 16.x and above) - Hands on with tools like Documentum Composer, DAR Installer, Business Process Manager, Documentum Administrator, xPlore, Adlib Administration/ Configurations.
- Proficient with Java/ J2EE, DFC, DQL/ SQL, API, CTS and xPlore configurations, tomcat, JBoss, / WildFly, SQL Server, Scripting, Web Services (REST/ WSDL).
- Experience with upgrade of Documentum product suite software like content server, repository, xPlore, CTS, DARs etc.
