The Customer Experience Operations serves as a highly skilled support unit for Procurement and Finance related processes amongst others. Our unit provides support for end-users and super-users around the world and grants continuous career opportunities.

The Opportunity

The Travel and Expense Support Analyst as part of the Customer Experience Operations department maintains and supports the daily activities of the Travel and Expense and Company Card expenses associated with the Roche Global Credit card programs. This role is expected to offer a high level of customer service as this is the first point of contact for our internal customers. As a T&E Support Analyst you are responsible for providing customer service support for our Roche affiliates in relation to the Travel & Expense Application (Concur).

  • Provide timely support, guidance and high level of customer service to internal customers from card application to expense management in order to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle incoming calls and tickets regarding the corporate credit card programs and expense management in Concur

  • Act as an Administrator for the corporate card program to include credit card applications, maintenance and terminations. 

  • Provide support for card holders and work with corporate card bank representatives

Who you are

  • Self-motivated and passionate about the job, understanding the importance of providing high-quality service.

  • Experience in a shared service environment, preferably in the customer service area.

  • Experience with corporate credit card programs is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and German .
