As part of our central TKeasy system for processing social insurance-related business transactions, the Benefits team is responsible for the modernization and further development of benefit applications (including eAU). Your tasks

  • Assume technical and disciplinary leadership, promotion and strategic development of a team
  • Provide your employees with guidance as a coach, develop them professionally and personally and create the framework for the best possible results
  • Continuous new and further development of the applications managed by the team, the implementation of which you coordinate with the specialist departments
  • Close collaboration with internal customers, from analyzing requirements to designing and implementing them
  • Forming a management team with your direct management colleagues to jointly ensure cross-team coordination and (personnel) planning

Your profile

  • Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification ideally with initial management experience
  • Several years of practical experience in the design, development and support of software solutions
  • Willingness and ability to adapt your leadership behavior to changing conditions
  • An understanding of leadership characterized by trust and confidence in employees at eye level
  • Willingness to reflect on one’s own actions and learn from experience
  • An agile mindset and enjoy driving digital topics forward with a strong focus on implementation
