What are you working on? The name of the project(s): mid-core MMO project At what stage of the project(s)? building core gameplay Genres: Action, Role-playing, MMO Platforms: Mobile Team size and structure? 11-50 For which tasks (responsibilities)? Integrate and configure assets: textures, 3D models, animations, VFX, SFX. Design and animate interfaces, ensuring a polished final appearance. Implement graphical effects. Optimize mobile applications. What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience as a Technical Artist for at least 3-5 years. Proficiency in Unity: animations, 3D models, particles, prefabs. Understanding of mobile development peculiarities and ability to optimize resources. Experience with graphic editors. Experience with Unity UI, understanding of adaptive layout principles. Understanding of optimization principles in Unity. Knowledge of 3D packages (Maya, Blender, or others) and 2D packages (Photoshop or others). Basic animation skills. Artistic taste. General: Git, Jira. Would be a plus: Knowledge and ability to work with HLSL, GLSL. Understanding of URP structure, constant buffers, various geometric spaces (Object, Tangent, Clip, World, AbsoluteWorld, Screen), differences between gamma and linear color spaces.
