Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in an Information Technology role 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies Experience coordinating with program and project leaders to analyze IT systems architecture Experience using program requirements to create and convey an architecture vision Experience leading diverse technical teams to develop application technical plans and providing detailed status updates Experience in the design and development of IT architecture diagrams and documentation Has the knowledge and skills to clearly identify strategies for addressing requirements, risks, and issues, and can effectively conduct trade-off analyses of requirements Experience introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption Has knowledge of security principles, policy and regulations and familiarity with security and privacy rules Experience providing technical support in and leadership over system architecture, system design, system integration, data migration and technical management Experience planning and executing enterprise-wide data migration Bachelors degree – 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education Ability to obtain VA Public Trust-Background Investigation clearance Nice If You Have: Experience working for the US Department of Veterans Affairs or as a consultant to federal clients Ability to work effectively independently and on diverse teams Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills Bachelors degree in CS or Computer Engineering preferred Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
