Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Multiple years of professional technical writing experience Bachelors degree or higher in English, Technical Communication, or other major with writing-intensive component and/or science/technology emphasis Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Firm understanding of XML, DITA, and HTML Experience in using writing and terminology assistance tools like Congree and TermWeb
