Position Overview The Telehealth Site Liaison will work as a site liaison between OCHIN telehealth resource center and the partnering organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services and communications related to the OCHIN telehealth program. This role will serve as the main point of contact for the partnering organizations of OCHIN programs and will function in a key role to develop and build relationships with our external stake holders for successful implementation of telehealth services. Responsibilities will include working closely with the school-based health centers in the state of Ohio . 75% of travel is required for this position. Essential Duties Establish relationships with targeted organizations for collaborative efforts and serve as a reliable contact point with whom stakeholders can address concerns. Serve as the primary point of contact for the school-based health centers and other external organizations for all questions related to the implementation of telehealth and identify and respond to questions and concerns related to school-based telehealth. Identify opportunities for additional coaching and support for participating schools via in person, written and phone interactions. Assist with building and managing the knowledge base for school-based telehealth. Ensure, improve, and communicate the relationship between OCHIN telehealth resource center and the school-based health centers participating in telehealth implementation. Develop site engagement communications and presentations for site initiation, office visits and required site visits to ensure timely delivery of services. Meet with school-based health centers to conduct gap analysis to understand and document current state processes and pain points. Develop future state recommended workflows and other documentation necessary to utilize telehealth successfully in school-based settings. Provide coaching to the school-based health centers regarding best practices for mapping and maintaining workflows and adoption of updated workflows. Serve as a liaison between the OCHIN Telehealth Resource Center and the school-based health centers to ensure the provision of timely support and technical assistance. Help in the management of program documentation and reporting requirements as assigned to aid in meeting program and funding requirements. Maintain and track all contacts for the program in the identified CRM. Requirements ********** Candidates must reside in OHIO and be able to travel 75% within the state*********** Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, program or project management, IT, health informatics, or a similar field is required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar or relevant role; two years of experience in Telehealth Operations. Ability to travel up to 75% and work in field-based settings as required specifically within the state of Ohio and work onsite is required Minimum of 2- years of experience in a clinical setting/telehealth program (RN, MA, Clinical/Practive manager, School RN) will be given preference. Minimum of 3-years of community health outreach/development/engagement required Experience with educational system is preferrable Experience with facilitation of change management, program, or project management, or equivalent. Experience and skill in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, working on diverse activities in concert, and maintaining a high level of organization Proven success in internal and external interpersonal relationship management and customer service skills with all levels of expertise from administrative to executive. Strong training and/or presentation skills. Liaison experience with telehealth and/or school-based settings. Flexible with a community-oriented approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- fostering timely escalation identification and resolution. Base Pay Overview The typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint ($77,235 – $96,544), with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position . Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Work Location and Travel Requirements OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations.
