About the job: The Website Testing & Optimization Manager is a part of the Digital Fundraising team and is responsible for developing the testing and optimization strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, test analysis, and ongoing optimization of key functionality on the RedCross.org website. In this digitally minded role, you will need to think creatively, analytically, and work collaboratively with business partners. The primary focus of this position is to improve online fundraising conversion rates and drive increased revenue on Redcross.org. The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States working east coast hours. What you will be doing: Responsible for developing and maintaining a T&O Roadmap that aligns with and supports short-term and long-term strategic business objectives. Work with key fundraising and partner stakeholders to identify, prioritize, document, execute and analyze tests on RedCross.org with the relentless objective of improving the donor experience, financial donation conversion rates and revenue. Lead regularly scheduled stakeholder sessions to coordinate and define test priorities, plan, tactics, scope, metrics, and timing required for optimal learning. Identify statistically significant test findings and recommendations to inform and support the product roadmap and ongoing site innovation. Translate technical learning into recommended digital solutions and provide consultation to stakeholders across multiple stakeholder groups. Collaborate with Agile product owner, content teams and channel owners in support of improved donor experience and conversion rates across all channels and devices. Define the necessary Adobe tools, data models and creative assets required to automate & deliver personalized donor experiences on RedCross.org in support of or in lieu of future scrum development. Provide documented test metrics to Finance/IT to inform smart business cases in support of new projects to ensure maximum measured ROI on requests. Manage external partner relationships and collaborate on new capabilities to enhance ARC’s digital testing capabilities in support of our donor. Keep abreast of current digital best practice and the use of digital tools and technologies to support innovation at the American Red Cross. What we need from you: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing required. Website user experience testing, and A/B multivariate testing experience is required. Knowledge of pertinent testing and analytics technology and its related applications in a complex web site. Adobe Analytics & Target is preferred. Demonstrated experience conducting primary research and applying results to drive outcomes. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, UX design, journey mapping, content strategies & conversion flow optimization is preferred. Experience in Agile methods and tools including Jira and Confluence preferred. Strong results focus. Self-motivated with ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups Demonstrated ability to think strategically – yet be detail oriented to implement a tactical plan. Ability to deliver complex digital concepts and analysis to non-technical audiences Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication & presentation skills.
