Main responsibilities:
Strategize: Develop and execute a robust business development plan for Eastern Europe. Expand: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region. Connect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. Analyze: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot threats and opportunities. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to implement business development initiatives seamlessly. Report: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on your activities and results.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successful business development in Eastern Europe. Deep understanding of market dynamics in the region. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Fluency in English and Hungarian are mandatory
