About Us:

GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two brands in 2018, reached over eight figures in total sales, and exited the brands at the end of 2021.

We assist 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA Sellers – increasing their profits and revenues with our proven system. Our System involves analyzing our clients’ businesses to identify the highest leveraged actions for their specific brand and then working with them one-on-one to execute the strategy we develop.

We are a fully remote Amazon brand consulting agency. Our service delivery model is that of a consultant (Done With You), not a service provider (Done For You). We value hard work, speed, over-delivery, trust, and honesty.

We are growing, currently with a team of nine people. So far, In the last 16 months, we have worked with over 70 brands and are currently working with more than 35 (all 7- and 8-figure businesses).

We are looking for an account executive with experience in B2B service companies that provide services to Amazon or e-commerce brands. This person will help grow our business by building strong relationships with clients and effectively closing sales. Having experience with the Amazon 3P field is a big plus.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales and consistently exceeding targets at B2B service companies, with a focus on serving Amazon and other e-commerce brands.
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce / Amazon fields.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and communication, able to handle complex sales situations and close deals successfully.
  • Experience with Cold outreach methods to source new customers (Cold Email / Cold Calling etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Calls: Handle initial sales calls to schedule brand analysis discussions with potential clients. Aim to secure a follow-up meeting for a detailed brand analysis.
  • Perform Brand Analysis Calls (Final Sales Call): Lead in-depth brand analysis calls with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges. Use this understanding to present tailored solutions that we offer, showing how we can help them grow their business (Present the growth analysis our analysis department creates).
  • Close Sales Deals: Use effective negotiation and sales techniques to convert prospects into clients. Ensure all client concerns are addressed, and they understand the value and ROI our services provide.
  • Lead Prospecting and Lead Nurturing: Take full responsibility for prospecting new clients and nurturing existing leads. Develop strategies to maintain engagement with potential clients throughout the sales cycle, optimizing the conversion rates from initial contact to final sale.
  • Conduct Cold Outreach: Engage in daily activities of cold calling, emailing, and sending direct messages to potential clients to generate interest and initiate communication.
  • Manage and Enhance Cold Emailing & LinkedIn Campaigns: Take charge of existing cold emailing and Cold LinkedIn DMs efforts, and scale these efforts significantly. Lead the optimization of all the companies’ cold outreach campaigns to improve response rates and booked calls. Also, Buy email lists as needed and scale existing email scraping efforts to expand the reach of cold outreach campaigns
  • Manage CRM (Pipedrive): Oversee the use of our CRM to ensure all customer interactions are logged. Keep track of client engagement and sales progress. Additionally, take charge of generating and presenting weekly reports on CRM analytics and insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, particularly within e-commerce service-oriented businesses (Preferably Amazon field).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve targets in the B2B realm, particularly in the Amazon FBA or e-com sectors.
  • Experienced in leveraging cold emails, cold calling, and other cold outreach methods for effective sales prospecting and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while contributing to the vision and long-term strategy of the company’s sales efforts.

  • Total OTE: $191,000. $96,000 base salary with up to $95,000 in performance-based earnings.
