About the role

In this role, you will develop and manage business opportunities, enhance our client relationships, and ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with AmzAllStars’ growth objectives.

System Setup – Sales Funnel / CRM / Intercom

  • Build & Implement Sales Funnel: Design, execute, and optimize the sales funnel to enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates, using data-driven strategies to refine sales tactics and methodologies.
  • Build & Implement Intercom:
    • Master Intercom functionality and integrate best practices into our CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and sales conversions.
    • Stay abreast of industry standards and innovations in CRM technologies, applying this knowledge to our systems to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Regularly evaluate and refine CRM and sales process strategies to ensure they remain aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
  • {OnGoing} CRM Spreadsheet: Proactively manage and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate and timely information that supports sales and marketing strategies.

b) Inbound Sales Management

  • OnGoing} Inbound Reply: Efficiently manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries, utilizing CRM tools like Intercom to optimize customer interactions and conversion opportunities.
  • Create Amz-AllStar Sales Material: Develop and refine sales collateral, including teaser materials, live presentations, and follow-up communications, to maximize impact and engagement during the sales process.
  • Competitor Outreach for Inbound Strategy: Actively monitor and analyze competitor strategies and market trends to continuously enhance our sales approach and materials.

c) Outbound Sales Management

  • Email and LinkedIn Cold Outreach: Leverage email campaigns and LinkedIn for targeted cold outreach to potential clients. Develop and execute strategies to engage and attract new business opportunities, tailoring messaging to align with prospective clients’ needs and industry trends.
  • Competitor Outreach for Outbound Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to gather insights that inform our outreach strategies, ensuring our messaging and tactics are up-to-date and effective.
    • Develop and continually refine outbound sales materials and scripts, leveraging competitive insights and industry trends to maximize impact and response rates.
  • Create Amz-AllStar Sales Material: Customize sales presentations and collateral specifically for outbound initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all communications. These materials should effectively communicate our value proposition and distinguish our services in the marketplace.
  • Sales Funnel FollowUp to Close: Implement and manage systematic follow-up strategies within the sales funnel to nurture leads obtained through outbound efforts. Focus on developing relationships and progressing leads through the sales cycle to close, using strategic touchpoints and personalized follow-ups.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Actively engage in networking events and platforms relevant to our industry to expand professional connections and open up new sales channels. This includes participating in industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to maintain visibility and promote AmzAllStars’ offerings.

About you

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. A solid educational background that supports advanced business and marketing strategies.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, including email and verbal communication, with a proven track record of managing and closing high-value deals (average transaction order of $20,000+).
  • Experience with U.S. Enterprise Clients: Must have a history of successfully engaging and managing relationships with large U.S. enterprise clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional English speaking and writing skills are essential for effective client interactions and internal communications.
  • Experienced in US Agency Sales: Must have experience working for Agencies & service companies, catering to the US market.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Sales Training or Certification: Specialized training or certifications in sales techniques or strategies that enhance client engagement and deal closure.
  • Experience in eCommerce or Related Industries: Prior work in eCommerce or related fields, understanding the nuances of digital sales and online client acquisition.
  • CRM and Sales Software Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, and sales automation tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and enhance customer relations.
  • Experience with Intercom for Inbound Leads Management: Proficiency in using Intercom or similar tools to manage and optimize inbound sales processes, ensuring efficient lead handling and conversion.
