About the role

We are currently seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will:

  • Learn our unique and powerful approach to lead generation and drive the process.
  • Building relationships with customers all over the world
  • Prepare strategic proposals and other business development assets (using Figma)
  • Manage our shared inboxes and CRM
  • Build sequences for our intentional outreach
  • Developing new and innovative sales strategies
  • Help us to continually improve our internal processes across the business
  • Prepare strategic proposals and other business development assets (using Figma)
  • Monitor our KPIs and statistics on our sales and marketing efforts
  • Manage social media outreach including sequences and chat boxes
  • Contribute to our social media content strategy

About you

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, organised, pays close attention to detail, and loves learning and growing. If you’re all about embracing challenges and continuous self-improvement, you’ll fit right in.

This role requires direct interactions with clients and facilitators globally, so being fluent in English is essential. You should be able to communicate clearly and work well with people from different cultural backgrounds.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be using a variety of tools, including Notion, Slack, Zapier, Figma, and our proprietary learning platform, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
