WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an individual who is passionate about professional services and project management and motivated to drive a project from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer-facing skills, as well as experience and knowledge in implementing large project initiatives in SaaS environments and customer onboarding. YOUR DAY TO DAY Project manage mid-large scale customer implementations that can solicit a need to strategize and implement complex solutions to drive successful outcomes. Responsible for the entire implementation process including creating project timelines, maintaining project plans, and using project management software. Own all project communication, including weekly project status meetings, weekly email status updates, all stakeholder communications, and all project-related communication for project portfolio meetings and executive visibility. Maintain and track all projects and documentation, ensure proper and consistent communication of status to the client and Tealium Teams. Responsible for all project risk and issue management, including weekly tracking, communication, and escalation. Accountable for all change management activities, ensuring that any schedule, cost, or scope variance is communicated to primary stakeholders for a decision, with said decision recorded in project records. Ensure the platform is successfully rolled-out according to required timescales and customer initiative requirements. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Team members to accelerate time to value. Build relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to lay the foundations for continued growth and partnership. Translate business and technical requirements into outcomes that drive a customer to a fast and quality driven time-to-value and investment in Tealium. Work effectively with partner agencies and third parties to help drive project initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Advocate and successfully organize customer enablement training and workshops to ensure investment and understanding in the technologies purchased with Tealium. WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM You bring 3-5 years of Project Management/Implementation experience in a SaaS environment dealing with simple and complex matrixed organizations. You have a high level of intellectual curiosity and are passionate about ground breaking technologies like Tealium. You have the ability to think creatively, own issues and excel in fast-paced situations. Excellent time management and strong sense of urgency. Technical domain knowledge of the following: Mobile, APIs, Automation, Marketing, Analytics or Programming (HTML etc). Prior experience scoping projects and writing statements of work (SOWs) and estimating work as it relates to cost, time, and resources. You have excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills (both verbal and written). Ability for occasional travel for offsite client meetings. Experience partnering and negotiating with clients and internal teams, prioritizing and escalating important issues, providing ongoing status updates and properly managing expectations. You demonstrate a true team player attitude! You have strong cooperative skills with the ability to work effectively with teams. WAGE TRANSPARENCY In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn’t a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants. The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following: Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options. Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching. Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave. We offer 11 paid holidays annually with an additional Healium Be-Well break for most employees. We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs. Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees: Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year. Exempt Non – CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.
