- Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience
- Prior working experience in the banking sector
- Excellent planning skills
- Experience in the task and financial tracking
- Strong experience with risk identification, tracking, and mitigation
- Managing issues, escalating them, and reporting progress status to stakeholders
- Understanding technical discussions and translating them into business/common English terms
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to adjust in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize activities while setting the right expectations with internal and external stakeholders
- Having knowledge of test and test automation is a plus
- Open to visits in Krakow up to three times a month
