- 2+ years’ experience in sales/partnership or equivalent business development roles.
- Experience in IT industry.
- Self-organized & you enjoy bringing in structure into everyday operational practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and align with other departments.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tool (HubSpot is a plus!)
- Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in writing and/or leading proposal efforts.
- Advantage: Industry knowledge in professional services, particularly in business process outsourcing or staff augmentation.
