WHAT YOU’LL DO: Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals. Utilize market research, networking, and cold-calling techniques to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision makers. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively propose tailored data and AI solutions that address their business requirements. Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to present comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our Data and AI solutions. Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in CRM systems. Forecast sales projections and provide regular reports on progress to sales management. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Data and AI. Leverage this knowledge to position our offerings effectively and differentiate ourselves from competitors. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide valuable feedback from the field to influence product development and marketing initiatives. Strategic Advisor: You will act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO providing insight and analysis while participating in decision-making at the highest levels. Your role will bridge the gap between big picture strategy and operational execution. Executive Collaboration -You will coordinate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. Additionally, you will help streamline efforts across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Initiative Oversight -You will take charge of crucial projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial objectives. Your oversight will require a keen eye for detail and an adeptness in managing cross-functional teams. Communication Hub Lead -You will serve as the crucial point of communication for internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts related to Data and AI.
