We are looking for a  Customer Success Manager to build our product — Jooble Job Aggregator:

  • ( is the main product. We gather vacancies from 140,000 sources, including corporate websites, social networks, classifieds, and other resources. This product is available in 67 countries.
  • Our user is a job seeker whom we help find a relevant job opportunity.
  • Our client is the marketing manager from a job board whom we give an opportunity to attract job seekers.
  • Our partners` websites help us increase traffic volume by posting our vacancies/widgets. Users visit our website, while partners receive rewards.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers that leads to increasing budgets and revenue;
  • Assistance in developing the client’s project — analysis, creation of the development strategy, and selection of the most effective tools;
  • Helping every client to get the best results while working with the platform, analyzing their needs based on profiles (business specifics, roles, goals and expectations) and research;
  • Consulting clients on the use of our services;
  • Generating ideas and finding solutions individually for every client which will bring the best results;
  • Shape Jooble’s value proposition and business model to revolutionize the job search industry;
  • Identify and qualify potential customers who align with our ICP;
  • Conduct impactful meetings with potential customers, highlighting unique benefits.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building effective communication and negotiating with clients/partners/users from 1 year;
  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at the level of a native speaker;
  • Polish proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate and higher (spoken and written);
  • Independence, well-developed communication skills;
  • Listening skills, presentation and counselling skills;
  • Empathy and enjoyment of helping people;
  • Basic understanding of PPC advertising products;
  • Experience in making decisions based on numbers;
  • Proactivity and hands-on mentality to help develop product and internal processes.

All employees can work in the office or remotely. Also, we have hubs and offices. Everyone who is abroad can visit our space in Warsaw. For those in Ukraine, you can visit offices in Kyiv or Lutsk. The company provides all the necessary work equipment, whether you work in the office or remotely.
