For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Our Hypercore team develops games with long-term gameplay based on advertising monetization, and right now, we are working on a new hit 🙂 Therefore, we are in search of a Middle Game Designer , whose global mission will be to work on high-quality gaming experience and improvement of product metrics and their revenue.

What you will be doing:

  • Implementation and ownership of core and meta mechanics.

  • Working with monetization and analytics.

  • Level design.

  • Developing concept documents for project reskinning.

  • Communicating your vision and ideas for improving the existing project.

  • Active collaboration with the entire team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Experience working as a Game Designer on hybrid/mid-core games.

  • Strong knowledge in game design: gameplay mechanics, product metrics, level design, and UI/UX.

  • Ability to work with calculation and balance.

  • Understanding of monetization principles.

  • Skill in detailed feature and game decomposition. Understanding of relationships in games.

  • Awareness and understanding of the mobile gaming market.

  • Ability to react effectively and adapt to changes in product development plans.

  • Experience working with analytics and economics in games

  • Engagement in common goal and interest in product

  • Effective communication – you are able to clearly identify your goal, to describe the problem and its solution
