IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:
Actively develop and maintain closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Procurement based on the area of expertise. Be responsible for setting up category work including Category Working Group and Category Council, engaging business partners in strategy and implementation. Be responsible for development and implementation of category strategies for assigned IT categories. Responsible for achievement of defined objectives and KPIs including delivery of savings targets. Be accountable for decision making on category level supplier awarding for contracting based on value limits. Responsible for creation and maintenance of annual procurement plan; mid and long-term planning for a category group in alignment with business partners.
Contribute to consolidated procurement planning across categories within Indirect division. Be responsible for monitoring market developments, innovations and technology trends and for applying them to strategy and implementation work. Contribute to sourcing process, participates in evaluation committees; supports negotiations based on value limits and priority. Be responsible for Supplier Relationship Management related activities, including definition of supplier segmentation, managing supplier audits and releasing suppliers based on fulfilled pre-conditions. Be responsible for KPI based supplier evaluation; development of strategic partners for category group; drive supplier phase-out. Contribute to long lead items assessment, demand planning, market analysis, supplier selection and claim management. Contribute to ad hoc reporting related to process performance and issue resolution. Contributes to actions based on the comparison of target and actual.
YOU ARE BEST EQUIPPED FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:
Have University (MA/MSc) / College (BA/BSc) in the field of Economics / Engineering / Law Have 5+ years overall Procurement experience Gained 2-3 years of experience in IT Category Management
Additional advantage to have cybersecurity experience Have the following competencies:
Thorough, extensive international market knowledge related to the IT area Strong analytical and negotiation skills Relevant legal and regulatory environment know-how
Proactively engage, communicate with and influence internal (at all levels within the organization) and external stakeholders.
Can speak English and Hungarian fluently Have confident IT skills:
Have user level ERP system (SAP preferred) and MS OFFICE knowledge Have knowledge of E-Commerce tools
Are willing to travel and have a B category driving license
