As a BTS Enterprise Change Management Manager in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), youll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.

Your role as a Change Management Manager in Business Technology Solutions (BTS) will allow you to help shape the digital transformation of a leading biopharmaceutical company in order to create solutions that will benefit patients and their communities. Working with change leadership and colleagues across BTS, you will develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of IT changes, especially in the Information, Security, and Risk Management area.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the adoption of BTS changes by providing in-depth change management expertise and direction
+ Drive Artificial Intelligence change management initiative across the entire information technology business unit establishing enterprise-wide adoption strategies for the use of generative AI applications and tools
+ Implement and support change management activities using a structured methodology process and tools
+ Prepare actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsorship, People Manager, Communications, Training and Resistance. Ensure coordination with other specialists in the areas of communications, change management, and training.
+ Determine the impact of change, assess the readiness of the organization for change, identify key stakeholders, and prepare strategies for risk mitigation.
+ Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across BTS as the subject matter expert and point of contact for change management initiatives.
+ Defining and measuring success metrics, monitoring change progress, identifying adoption measurement metrics, gathering trend information, reporting to the program team, and making adjustments as necessary
Qualifications
+ A Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years experience OR a Masters Degree with 6 years experience OR a PhD with 2 years of experience.
+ Knowledge of and proficiency with change management methodologies, tools, and principles
+ Experience in effective change management, communications, user experience, coaching, and training
+ Change management certification required, Prosci certification preferred. Information, security, and risk management experience preferred.
+ Experience with engaging stakeholders and collaborating at all levels, developing and implementing strategies, including iterations to adjust strategies as necessary
+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases

+ Making core change management plans with templates
+ Excellent communication skills in order to convey the rationale for change and its benefits to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Skilled at delivering messages that are easily understood, persuasive, and tailored to the needs of different audiences.
+ Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to overcome resistance
+ Ability to think analytically, solve problems, assess risks, and mitigate them
+ Effectively plan work, follow through, and come up with alternate solutions when obstacles arise.
