FunCrafters seeks a Lead Level Artist with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating stylized, engaging levels. Your responsibilities, Develop, optimize, and assemble game locations for mobile devices., Create scene blockings according to art concepts., Populate scenes with game-ready assets., Implement lighting setups to enhance game environments., Ensure orderly game asset structures and adherence to project technical requirements., Collaborate with the art director for stylistic consistency across levels., Work with the technical team to optimize resources and maintain performance constraints for mobile devices.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Level Artist in the game industry., Ability to create high-quality 3D models (both organic and hard-surface)., Proficiency in creating textures and materials for game environments using the PBR lighting model., Knowledge of lighting principles with the ability to create both realistic and stylized lighting., Proficiency with Unity3D, its plugins, and optimization tools., Experience with 3D modeling and texturing software such as Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter/Designer., Understanding of technical limitations and optimization requirements for mobile platforms., Game design skills with the ability to evaluate level playability.

Optional, Experience across a variety of game genres., Proven track record of managing projects from inception to release on mobile platforms., A strong portfolio showcasing technical expertise and creative skills in level design., Knowledge of current graphic trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
