For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Be responsible for the team of artists (team of 10 people). Guide them and raise the team skill level.

Leading the development and creation of high-quality game assets (environment props, modular buildings, foliage, hard surface and weapon).

Control quality production and project estimation.

Close work with AD and other team members.
-
Communication with clients.
-
Project workflow creation and optimization.
-
Portfolio preparation.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-
Specialized art education.
-
3+ years of experience in the gamedev industry and 1+ year of work experience as Lead.
-
Portfolio with released projects required.
-
Excellent knowledge of packages: 3dsMax/Maya/Blender, Zbrush, Substance Painter/Designer, UE.
-
Hi-poly and low-poly modeling skills, UV mapping, baking, texturing.
-
Strong management skills (estimations, production pipeline setup, art and quality control, team management, workflow improvement, portfolio preparation).

Fluent communications with clients.
-
Strong skill in setting goals and achieving them, target oriented and positive minded, structural thinking and leadership qualities.

At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
It will be a plus:

Experience in character production.

Certificates or experience in Unreal/Unity.
