Relevant candidates are candidates whose profiles fully match all the necessary skills of the vacancy.
‘Possible candidates’ is an inaccurate method of candidate search that only considers the presence of certain job skills and does not take into account the level and experience for each of them. Sometimes you can find an interesting candidate here, especially when youve been struggling to fill a vacancy for a long time and are willing to lower the requirements for potential candidates.
